Delivery & Shipping

Fabru takes great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

 

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

 

Duties & Taxes: All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi / any other Local Taxes / Levies, Customs Duties, etc. as applicable in your region / city / state / country. These are payable by the buyer.

 

 Domestic Shipping: Currently free for all orders above Rs. 449/-. May or may not be applicable during sales, promotions and on discounted items. For orders below that, we charge a flat Rs.100 shipping fee. COD available only within India.

 

International Shipping: Charges at actuals at the time of placing the order as per the weight.

 

IMPORTANT: In most countries, the package may be opened by the local Customs / concerned Authorities to verify its contents.

Usual duration to reach a shipment to you is –

Within India – 7 working days.

Outside India – 15days.

 

As soon as your package ships, we will email or SMS you your package tracking information

 

Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
