Refund Policy

Fabru is all about art and we want you to be happy with your Journey at We have a responsibility to maintain your love for handmade/ block prints and that is why we have created some flexible policies for our valuable customers.


You all know how delicate the handicrafts work is. Our artists are National Award Winners in this art and highly experienced. However, the overly delicate things can have some negligible imperfections. The moon itself has stains. The minor things do not affect the glory of our handicraft products and hence these can’t be claimed damaged. The best thing about Fabru is that we care for our customers and hence we provide you the service of PRE SALE INQUIRY.


The color Imbalance:

The Beautiful handmade/ block prints are shot under the clear natural lights. However, the pictures that you see on your mobile phone, desktops, Laptops, paper etc. may differ from the original color. The accurate identification of color could be done with the help of product description. Any handicraft product could not be returned on the basis of its different color.




You can’t cancel an order on the basis of color confusion.

There are times when you have placed the order but you want to cancel it. A customer is required to cancel his order within 2-3 hours of the order placement. As the order may have shipped or produced by our Artisans.

The amount will only be refunded when you have cancelled your placed order before it is shipped or sent for production.


You would not be able to cancel an order once it is shipped or sent for production.

Refund Policy


Once you cancel an order and are eligible for the refund, then the payment would be processed within 10-12 working days of cancellation. You will receive the payment from the same mode that you used while paying the money.

You can expect the refunded payment within 10-12 days. The online payment gateways that you used for the payment would be used for the refund money. The amount usually is credited to your account within 10-12 days.

If you have paid for the products through UPI, Bank Transfers/ Deposits, then you would receive the refunded payment via NEFT/Cheque to the same account.


In case of Cash deposits in our Bank Account, we will refund by Cheque/Bank Transfer in the name of the Customer in whose name the order was originally placed.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:


The goods were purchased eligible for return/exchange. 

The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.


We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


Returning Goods


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the given address.



We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.



Because we will not let you suffer.


If the product is genuinely damaged or has some major manufacturing defect, we would exchange, refund, or return it for you.

You can buy any other Fabru product in the case when your purchased product is not available.

Slight aberrations in handcrafting process and color confusion cannot be considered damaged and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Fabru does not compromise with the quality of customer’s ordered product. However, in a rare situation, if you observe that the product you have received is damaged, you will have to send us an email, or WhatsApp stating the problem, photos of the damaged product and its code number within 24 hours of receiving the product.


You will be informed about the status of your order once we receive your email; our quality control team will analyse your concern and consider your return request. While we will do our best to process your request at the earliest, please allow for 1-2 working days for us to reply to you.


Once your return / exchange is approved, if you wish to exchange the product for another size in the same style, send us an email immediately to enable us to keep that piece aside for you.


In case we do not have the required product or size, you can either choose another design in the required size or choose another product. Differential amount if any will be payable to us / refunded by us.
