Returns & Exchange Policy

 

We strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience and offer a 7-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery. It takes an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We provide reverse pick-up services for your convenience, subject to availability in your area pin code. 

 

- Reverse Shipment Fee: ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, irrespective of the number of items. 

- Pick-Up Attempts: The courier will attempt pick-up twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to send the product to our warehouse.

Please ensure the product is securely packed with the Order ID and Registered Mobile Number mentioned. 

 

Refunds for prepaid/COD orders will be processed within 7 days after we receive the product. 

 

Important Notes:

  1. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Worn, used, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Refunds for prepaid/COD orders will be processed to your bank account
  4. Purchases during promotions (e.g., BOGO deals) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been dispatched. 

 

Refund for Self-Shipped Returns:

If your area is non-serviceable for reverse pick-up, send the items to our warehouse (address above). Use reliable couriers (e.g., Speed Post) and avoid The Professional Couriers. Upon receiving the items, the prepaid refund will include ₹100 for courier charges.

Terms & Conditions: 

- Ensure accurate bank details for refunds. We are not responsible for errors in provided details. 

- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving an Order Delivered notification if the package wasn’t received. 

- Any claims about defective products must be raised within 1 day of delivery with supporting details via Instagram DM or WhatsApp.
